FREEDIVING SPECIALITY PROGRAMS
You can learn different disciplines of freediving and enrich your freediving skills and techniques. Your participation in freediving specialization programs will also earn you the prestigious Master FreeDiver degree. You can master your Monofin Freediving expertise, discover the purest form of freediving with SSI NoFin and Free Immersion. Improve your breath-holding skills and extend your time underwater with Training Techniques. To develop your passion for freediving, you can explore different freediving specialists suitable for your current level and choose the one that suits you best.
SSI FREE IMMERSION
The freediver makes use of a rope to pull himself /herself down during descent and again up on ascent. No fins are employed or any other type of propulsion device. With the SSI Free Immersion freediving course, you get better relaxation and longer dive times. Free Immersion also helps you improve your equalization skills.
This training; It is necessary to have at least Pool FreeDiver level or an equivalent certificate from another educational institution recognized by SSI.
Who can participate: 18 years and older. Those between the ages of 12 and 18 can participate in this program with parental consent.
Dive Materials: Mask, Snorkel, Fins, Wetsuit, Weight belt and lanyard if needed. (Optional nose clip and fluid glasses)
Duration: One- day program, 1 lecture session and 2 open water sessions.
SSI MONOFIN
Monofin training teaches finning technique(using monofin) like dolphins swimming underwater.The monofin technique improves your performance, fluidity and underwater speed. Monofin can be done in two separate programs as 1-day Monfin pool or 2-day Monofin pool + open water training.
For this training; It is necessary to have at least Pool FreeDiver level or an equivalent certificate from another educational institution recognized by SSI.
Who can participate: 18 years and older. Those between the ages of 12 and 18 can participate in this program with parental consent,
Diving Equipment: Mask, Snorkel, MonoFin, Wetsuit, Weight belt and (Optional, lanyard, nose clip and fluid goggles)
Duration: One or two day program, Two theoretical lecture sessions, Two pool/confined water training sessions, Two open water training sessions (excluding pool program)
SSI TRAINING TECHNIQUES
Take your breath-holding time to the next level with SSI Training Techniques program. This speciality course teaches you specific breath-holding exercises that can be done both at home and in the water. It helps you increase your dive time and performance. In this course, you will discover your strengths and weaknesses and learn to tailor a training plan to improve your freediving performance.
For this training; It is necessary to have at least Pool FreeDiver level or an equivalent certificate from another educational institution recognized by SSI.
Who can participate: 18 years and older. Those between the ages of 12 and 18 can participate in this program with parental consent,

Duration: One- day program, 1 lecture session, 1 land session, Two pool/confined water training sessions.
SSI NO-FINS FREEDIVING
No-Fins Freediving is the purest and most technical form of freediving. The SSI No-Fins Freediving course helps you perfect your freediving technique in a challenging yet fun environment. Enjoy diving with a minimum freediving equipment and master excellent buoyancy techniques. NO-FINS can be done in two separate programs as 1-day NO-FINS pool or 2-day NO-FINS pool + open water training.
For this training; It is necessary to have at least SSI Level-2 FreeDiver level or an equivalent certificate from another educational institution recognized by SSI.
